Jon's ability to accurately answer real estate related questions when asked in a timely manner has always been appreciated and critical in the growth of my business throughout my years at Coldwell Banker.  His vast understanding and commitment to integrity in this ever-changing world of real estate along with positive energy have been a steady compass for those of us fortunate to have him as a member of the Coldwell Banker family.  

Your manager needs to be present, supportive, positive and kind to handle "real estate law" questions or issues, that are juggled between a lot of agents.  This is a steep job to fill and my experience with Jon Finch in the short amount of time he's been my manager has been nothing but a pleasure, smoothing out difficult situations that needed that little bit of advice. 

Jon has a strong sense of confidence, wisdom and calm direction to make any agent working under him feel great.  He's obviously very smart not just in the Real Estate Industry but in human relations, which is what any Realtor would want in a manager to enhance their own business.

Jon has been a pivotal figure in my Real Estate career from the very beginning.  He has provided guidance whenever I needed it and when I didn’t think I needed it! Jon's knowledge and experience in Real Estate along with his constant willingness and passion to assist his agents in growing their business and reaching their goals is evident in his everyday interactions.  He provides updates on the industry, local and nationwide, shares opportunities to get more business, and sets the example for extreme professionalism in an industry where that is not the most common behavior.  Jon is always available to provide support, no matter the day or time, and makes sure that if he is unavailable that one of his counterparts is so we as his agents never feel like we are without someone to reach out to.  I have had many leaders and managers throughout my professional career in the military and civilian world and Jon is at the top of list for the best leaders I have had!

Jon has always been my “go-to” for details on forms and compliance with the rules and regulations of the MLS, MAR and MREC.  No one knows this stuff better than Jon.  He has helped me on many occasions with complicated situations. As we go through changes in the industry, I know he will be our fearless guide on compliance and best practices!

Jon Finch- the calming voice of reason.  I have had to reach out to Jon many times in the past 4 years since I joined Coldwell Banker Realty.  I have always felt comfortable knowing I can come to him with any questions or concerns, and he will make the time to address them. It does not matter if it is an easy question for him to answer or one that he must think about for a minute, he talks it out with me and gives me the best advice on how to proceed.  I trust when he answers my questions, it is the right answer which gives me the confidence I need in representing my clients. Jon is such a valuable resource; he makes a huge difference for me in my real estate business knowing I have him in my corner.
